Technology
that doesn't betray you.

Benevolent is an ecosystem of networks and tools built entirely on our own encrypted infrastructure. The primary function of every product we develop is to provide utility while keeping data fundamentally private.

We believe a secure digital life should be a standard, not a feature. Our system is built to process and protect information without exposing it, ensuring that individuals retain absolute control over their digital presence.

Every piece of the ecosystem is a quiet, reliable tool built for people to use with complete peace of mind.

Our convictions

Privacy by
architecture

The safest data is the data we never collect. Our products store personal information on the user's device by default. The server sees only what a shared experience requires — nothing more.

Local-first,
always

The app must work without a network. Connectivity is an enhancement, not a dependency. Your books, sessions, and notes belong to you — not to our infrastructure or our uptime.

Focus over
engagement

We do not build to maximise time-in-app. No infinite scrolls. No dopamine triggers. No growth hacks that treat users as a resource to be extracted. Good software respects attention.

Two things.
Both matter.

Protocol In development

BEP

Benevolent Encrypted Protocol

A decentralized, end-to-end encrypted communication protocol. Built for a world where the infrastructure that carries your messages should not be able to read them.

When it's ready, every Benevolent product will speak it. And anyone else can too — the protocol is open.
